Our brand-new noodle machine lets us craft fresh noodles in-house every single day using nothing but our custom flour blend and water. No preservatives. No fillers. Just real, honest noodles made right here — the way they should be. It’s all part of our commitment to simple, thoughtful cooking that stays true to the ingredients.
